Return Policy

We want you to love your JIAMING pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Email contact@jiaming.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we'll help arrange an exchange.

Final-sale items and worn or washed items cannot be returned.
